Yes, Premier League football is back this week! However, it is not the only thing you should be watching on Astro and Astro GO this week. Remember to check out some of the best events we have highlighted here (coverage is subject to change), and in case you missed the news, most of our sports channel numbers have changed since the start of August.

ATP & WTA Rogers Cup

The withdrawals of Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer have made headlines, but the star power in Canada has not diminished as defending men's single champion Rafael Nadal returns to take on the likes of Dominic Them and Stefanos Tsitsipas. As for the women's category, title holder Simona Halep will have to fend off strong challenges from almost all top 20 female players.

Brad Maloney, who is also Malaysia Under-23 assistant head coach, begins his interim stint as head coach for the Under-19 side with a tall order to mount a successful defence of the AFF Under-18 Youth Championship, which Malaysia won in Indonesia last year. The young Tigers are in Group B alongside Australia, Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

MLS: DC United vs LA Galaxy

After temporarily reuniting for the MLS All-Star Game, former Manchester United team-mates Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Wayne Rooney are set to face each other for the first time in the Major League Soccer since the duo crossed the Atlantic Ocean.
