Malaysia will face Vietnam in the 2018 AFF Suzuki Cup final after the latter secured a 4-2 semi-final win on aggregate over the Philippines on Thursday.
With a 2-1 advantage from Saturday's first leg in Bacolod, the Golden Dragons could afford to sit back and soak up the pressure from the Azkals throughout the match at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi.

Just when the game seemed set to end goalless, Nguyen Quang Hai and Nguyen Cong Phuong struck late for the home side before James Younghusband grabbed a consolation goal for the Philippines.
The 2-1 second-leg win ensured Vietnam will meet Malaysia, who overcame Thailand in the other semi-final encounter, for the second time at the tournament.
The Harimau Malaya lost 2-0 during the group stage.
The first leg of the final will take place at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur on December 11, and the second leg on December 15 in Vietnam.
Both teams have emerged victorious at the tournament once, with Vietnam being crowned the winners in 2008 and Malaysia two years later.
