Malaysia will take on Thailand in the semi-finals of the 2018 AFF Suzuki Cup.

The five-time winners reached the semi-finals as Group B winners after beating Singapore 3-0 at the Rajamangala Stadium in Bangkok on Sunday.

The Thai side, who needed just a draw, were in the driving seat before the half-hour mark thanks to Irfan Fandi's own goal and Supachai Jaided's effort.

Adisak Kraisom then bagged his eighth goal of the tournament in the 89th minute to ensure the win, knocking out their opponents at the same time.

Malaysia will take on Thailand at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium on December 1 and 5 over two legs.

It will be their first meeting in international football since the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup final, which the Thais won 4-3 on aggregate.

Meanwhile, the Philippines played out a goalless draw with Indonesia in Jakarta to join Thailand in the semi-finals, where they will face Vietnam.
