Manchester City will visit Leyton Orient in the fourth round of the FA Cup after the League One club overcame Derby County on penalties in Tuesday's third-round tie.

Charlie Kelman and Dajaune Brown exchanged goals early on as the all-third-tier tie at Brisbane Road went the distance, with a meeting with the Premier League champions up for grabs.

Orient were up against it when Sean Clare received a second yellow card in the second half of extra time, but they held firm to force a shoot-out.

Both teams were perfect with their first five spot-kicks before Josh Keeley saved from Callum Elder, teeing up Zech Obeiro to seal Orient's place in the next round.

They will host Pep Guardiola's team on the weekend of February 8, hoping to reach the fifth round for the first time since 2010-11.

Elsewhere on Tuesday, Wigan Athletic beat Mansfield Town 2-0 courtesy of two excellent Thelo Aasgaard finishes, meaning they will take on Fulham at the next stage.

Preston North End, meanwhile, will host Wycombe Wanderers in round four after beating Charlton Athletic 2-1 at Deepdale, with Milutin Osmajic scoring twice either side of Luke Berry's leveller.
