An AFC U-16 Championship match between Malaysia and Japan has been postponed to Thursday.
Originally scheduled to kick off at 4:30pm on Wednesday, poor weather at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium as well as the UM Arena Stadium, where another Group A match between Thailand and Tajikistan was supposed to take place, forced the postponement for safety reasons.
The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) confirmed that both matches, which need to kick off at the same time due to being the final group matches, will be played at 11am tomorrow.
For the Malaysia vs Japan match, fans can re-enter the stadium with their ticket stubs.

Currently third in Group A, Malaysia need a win against Japan or a draw provided Thailand lose to Tajikistan to progress to the quarter-finals.
The four teams to reach the semi-finals will qualify for the FIFA U-17 World Cup.
*UPDATE @ 7pm*
The FAM announced that entry will be free for the rescheduled Malaysia vs Japan match.
